  • ENCOUNTER WKND is designed for Students (13 to 25), Youth Pastors, and Youth Leaders, BUT, we feel that this event can and will be powerful for ALL Ages. With that being said, this is an ALL AGES event. 

  • Pre Registration is not required for attendance. 

  • ENCOUNTER WKND is hosted at Harvest Family Church, 303 Post Oak Dr. Conroe, Tx, 77301

  • ENCOUNTER WKND 2025 is totally FREE! We will be receiving love offerings for our speakers at each session if you would like to give. 

  • Please refer to the schedule posted HERE.

  • We ask that you only bring water into the sanctuary.

  • YES! We love to see you repping our ENCOUNTER WKND gear! There will be merch tables stocked with books, apparel, snacks, and accessories.

  • Saturday Lunch: There will be a $9 Chick-fil-a boxed lunch with sandwich, chips, cookie, and drink available for purchase. To secure your boxed lunch, please pre-purchase on Friday night. 

    Saturday Dinner: We ask that you please go off campus to eat dinner. There are many restaurants/fast food options within 5 minutes of the church. 

  • Seating is first come, first serve.
