Absolutely Nothing! Encounter Wknd is completely FREE!

How do I register myself, my group, my family?

I can only come to ENCOUNTER WKND for one day. Is that ok?

Yes, that is ok! We are happy to see you whether it be one day or all weekend.

What time does registration open at Harvest Family Church?

The registration table opens on Friday at 6:00pm and at 9:30am on Saturday.

When does ENCOUNTER WKND start?

ENCOUNTER WKND starts on Friday 7PM! (Doors will open at 6PM)

Will There Be Childcare? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare during the Friday Night and Saturday sessions.
However, we do welcome all children to come into the main sanctuary on those days!

Will there be merch available to purchase?

Yes,  there will be merch tables
stocked with music, books, teaching cds, apparel, and accessories!

What should we bring?

We encourage you to bring a Bible, a journal for notes,
and money for meal purchases onsite or conference merchandise.

Can we bring food into the venue?

You can bring food into the lobby and water only into the main sanctuary.
